I had been in boot camp for 6 months, held up by stress fractures in my feet. In boot camp - they starve your mind of music or any entertainment. When I got out, Forrest Gump was showing at the on base theater. MY brain was a dry sponge. I laughed, cried, and loved this movie soooo much. But I still feel it's the best movie ever.
