Josh! Your channel is awesome man. I aspire to be like you! I just passed my SIE, graduate university of central florida in spring. Starting a job at Charles Schwab in November. I’d LOVE to hear some more things abt the advisor business (finding a niche, how a day to day goes as an advisor). I’d love to keep in touch, keep doing great!

The calculation of how much of a client's investible cash should (theoretically) be put into the market when it drops 20%, 30%, 40% (from a 'high point') (assuming their long term asset allocation isn't to be 100% cash, but to have some growth investments in their portfolio) is very interesting.
For clients fully invested, is there a similar calculation for exiting and moving to some cash holding as the market rises during a bull run? Probably wouldn't start selling off as the market rises 10%, 20% etc from a market low point, but perhaps when the market starts to go into 'bubble mode' rising above the long term trend line there might be merit in adjusting asset allocation from shares to cash (or bonds) as market rises to 10%, 20%, 30%, 55% above the 'long term trend'? How would this compare to the usual "buy and hold" recommendation (since most financial planners aren't in the game of attempting market timing or short-medium term trading/asset allocation adjustments).

That was mind blowing Josh!! Thank you. Do retail investors in Canada have access to unit trusts, money market funds, fixed income investments?

Hey Josh, do you rent an office space or do you do it all through zoom? If no office, do you ever meet clients in person? If so, where do you do this?

Great video! Could you explain if this advice to your clients only applies to spare cash to be invested, aka dry powder, or does it imply that you sell assets at a certain stage and then reinvest based on EV? If so, what indicators tell you to do so?

Explain why you're taking a break. How are you dealing with your clients at this point? I'd love to know
