Meredith, If only we realized our deeply shared experiences (albeit w/different details). My heart opens and extends to you. Please communicate w/me if you ever want to try. I understand more than I ever acknowledged.

I lost my wife to suicide as well, after we lost our daughter. She suffered, she fought her whole life to feel normal and be pain free. I suffer from grief and trauma five years later. I go to therapy and try hard but it’s not always easy. Writing has helped me a lot but also hurt me. Some days you just have to face it and cry when you need to. Today is that day for me. Then tomorrow I have to get back on my feet. I just keep pushing. Therapy has been helping. You have to get the help you need, if you need it. God bless you and I’m sorry for your loss. I understand you completely. The first year was a blur.

Huntington Hospital is the #1 place in the world to find Opioid Pain prescription. You can not walk out the door of Huntington Hospital without a prescription and the effect of opioids flowing threw your body. Oh my god it felt so good. I could not believe how good it felt. And I was a recovering heroine addict. I kick heroine in a hotel room, then was forced to sign for Dilaudid.

In my opinion, after watching the video, I think that mental illness is also related to the people closest to us, the environment around us. someone special can also affect how someone's life. in the video it is stated that editing ackley after her husband died she also lost her life. His life has also changed. He feels that he has lost the support system during his life, he feels hopeless because there is no one to accompany his life, so he experiences a situation where his condition can change in an instant or is often referred to by bipolar and he also suffers from OCD. Do not underestimate the presence of someone in our lives because that person may have considered someone who is present in his or her life very special, it is because each other can exchange ideas, share problems that arise in their lives, become partners in living life. he feels lonely, we as people around him should be more concerned about his condition, we must be listeners for complaints or other problems

Your immediate family may support you with your mental health, but I can tell you this that your relatives and ones who aren't close with, but you see them couple times a year if they know and when they know they are not supportive and they will talk down about it. Let alone remember this all the people who talk down about someone with mental health illness. They themselves have a mental health illness. Most people are projecting
