You always have really helpful ideas. I'd never thought of intentionally making myself slightly off balance to practice holding balance. It sounds obvious when I type it out, but until one has seen something, a simple idea can be inconceivable

What's the best way to get to a handstand close to and facing the wall? Would it be to step my way to the wall then slowly walking up the wall while getting closer to it, or do you have a better solution?

I came to understand from yoga teachers that those who are above 50 years of age should not do this headstand posture I.e Sirasana. So please clarify this point.I am 66 years old and I stopped doing this after my 50 age.
