Your videos have helped me immensely in improving my solo game. Now, I've recently joined two other players as our server heats up. I was raided by a two man team last Friday, but my new found friends and I hit them two nights ago, cored every base we could find of theirs and were fat with loot. The plot twists though. A few days ago one of my clan mates killed a guy who was scouting our pyramid, thinking the scout was from the group we were looking for, but dude was from another clan altogether. That clan hit our pyramid last night with a Set token and we lost most of our loot. Fortunately, the god drop broke all of the chests and a vault on the inside but the corridor doors were all still up. All of the loot from our raid the previous night had de-spawned before the new threat could make it inside. Only two of us were online to defend and we were quickly overrun by a four man group with thralls. We retreated to a safe spot to lick our wounds with a handful of supplies and tools. Now, our backs are against the wall but we still have cards on the table, building a new base, restocking kits and all the goodies we'll need to take on the 4 man clan that blindsided us.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to inform any new players/returning players that most of the vendors have been removed recently with the latest update (9/21/23) to the game. There is only one vendor left that you can buy from using the blood crystals. He sells you alchemical base, demon blood, gold, silver, and obulus. It's nowhere near as good as before, but at least you can use the alchemical base to craft some decent armor and the demon blood to make some dragonpowder. I'm currently working on a new video that will show my new way of progressing in early game.

Wow. You're on the server I was most recently playing. I let the base decay b/c of other games but as soon as you used the first map room at Skulker's I knew where you were. You picked a good one. We always had some PvP during raid hours. Couple of Brazilians were coming on every day to tear up Sinkhole. Can't understand them but they let me loot my body after the fights.

You must have the best luck ever to not only run a quite substantial dungeon to get all those recipes but also to have farmed your crystals and moved your base without coming into contact with anyone on a populated server id be buying a lottery ticket if i were you lol top teir content

I had the same strategy of farming the blood Rocknoses when trying out Age of War on a test server. The reason was that I hardly get any rock ore ore with a stone or iron pick (6-8 stones per hit). I also only get 6 blood crystals for each Rocknoses with an iron pick. Four of them where however enough to trade for a black blood pick. The strategy works as a way to start, it’s just more grindy. The only problem is that it’s easy to loose the pick to other players and thats gonna hurt. You’ll be right back hunting for Rocknoses…

I am not sure which one is more efficient method to farm obolus, you must travel far in this different locations and it takes time. In witch camps you can park next to a npc camp and knock out 3 sorcerers spawning there each givin 9-11 obolus each. You get around 30 on 1 run and it takes about max 5 min. Depends on the npc camp though, npc camp near next to ”safari” is the easiest where you get elephant hides. Merchant resides right next to it.

Then you can run a little away from a camp (in real life would be about 50 meters) and they spawn immediately back in in single player. I am not sure if this is intended, it feels a little cheesy. I am not sure if this works on servers though. I can farm hundreds of obolus in about half an hour and it is a little too easy and boring. Also this way you get a lot of gold and silver and alchemical base too.

Great vids man, keep it up. I personally would take rolling thrust over that extra grit, the free swing after the roll would give you a much better chance fighting the dagger boys. I’ll have to come find ya so we can get some fights in again. Haven’t seen ya since 1530.
