I honestly love how easy it is to imagine that Kim didn’t even consider that this was a weird order or a prank, but she thought it was serious from the very start and just INSTANTLY broke down into a full blown breakdown. Petition to give Kim a break already 😭

I had an order come into my (small chain) pizza restaurant from our “corporate” office. For reference to this story the shop I work for makes 10”, 14” and 16” pies. The order came by email and read, and I quote: “16 cheese, 16 loaded, 16 buffalo and 16 pepperoni” so we made 64 pizzas for them. Turns out they wanted only 4 pizzas, one large of each kind mentioned. They didn’t tell us that until we started bringing out stack after stack, but it was already too late by then. We got a very articulate apology from them, and the local public safety station got free lunch

I walked into a Dominos and heard the manager shouting about a pizza order and to call that "stupid b---up to cancel." I said, "I hope that wasn't me?" The manager apologized and said he got an order for 40 pizzas after mine that was due in 15 minutes. I then got 10% off if I didn't report his vulgar language (there was a lot more said) to Corporate.

I relate to kim id have a breakdown too if i saw that half way through a shift people be acting like theyd know to check the order instantly but if your already broken you might not bother 💀
