Default is best for me i changed it to 0 and i got higher fps but lower 1% low and lag spike

Could anyone tell me how to reset the gamer user settings in that notepad? I accidentally set my screen resolution to 30 and all other settings to 0, haha. I need help now because the in-game graphics look like Minecraft, and I am unable to see or play the game.
