I did this when fade released and needed 50 vp to buy her last tier ( yes i lazy af) i grinded the 4 tiersand i had 150. I did an omen sketch and got the 50 vp. There is a cooldown for this like 90 days or so and they wont give as much

so for example 1 art = 50VP

1 Skin = 1775 or 2175
1 Bundle = 7100 or 8700
(depends on the collection)

For Skins
36 (art request) × 50VP (each art) = 1800VP = 1 1775 skin

45 × 50 = 2250 = 1 2175 skin

For Bundle
145 (art request) × 50 (for each art) = 7250VP = 7100 Bundle (If im not wrong)

175 × 50 = 8750VP = 8700 Bundle

Average 1 Fanart = 2 Hours

I did this just a few days ago, they gave me 48VP for the battlepass I required to buy (You need to have some VP first) And then they just give you the VP, max amount is either 50 or 60 since I've saw some people getting 60 because of their excellent artwork
