I'm doing the Wodapalooza Online Qualifier in the intermediate/scaled division!
I started week one with workouts 2 and 3, and I'll do workout 1 in a future video!

Workout 2:
5 Rounds x 2min AMRAP
20 Bar-Facing Burpees
Max Effort Clean & Jerks
1min rest

Time Cap: 14 Minutes

20 Bar-Facing Burpees,
R1: 75, 55 lb
R2: 95, 65 lb
R3: 135, 95 lb
R4: 185, 135 lb
R5: 225, 155 lb

Workout 3:
600Ft Shuttle Run
60 Pull-Ups
400Ft Shuttle Run
40 Chest To Bar Pull-Ups
200Ft Shuttle Run
20 Bar Muscle Ups

Liquid bandaids… it’ll burn at first but it’ll keep the wounds closed so they don’t get infected. You can even double up and do the waterproof bandaid with neosporin on top of that. Best of luck Amanda! And yes you are a BA!!

You're a BA!!! Hope your hands heal quick. I too hate wearing grips. So, I see rips in my near future. Considering, I'll be doing workout 3 today. Great video!!!

I recommend the Alex Smith 2.0 grips from Rx Smart Gear. They're comfortable and have kept my hands mostly un-torn.
