Reverting Windows 11 UI changes: Part 2

Finally made part 2! Part 3 should take way less time to make, this one took forever. Turns out 22000.194 isn't the best build to use for this. Now we're on the latest supported version of 11 21H2 Pro. The ISO will be based on 11 Education since that's the last supported 21H2 besides Enterprise which is not easy to get.

i’ve tried doing this before, on windows 11 rtm, was only to revert explorer and the start menu (using explorerpatcher), the settings app and logon screen, and the wallpaper

replacing explorer.exe with the 21390 version gives me the error:
"C:Windows\explorer.exe
A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file."

i'm on 22000.3019 ARM64 (yes i did enable test signing and nointegritychecks)
