I dont drink i dont smoke, i am fit guy and i will fill an organ donation form for sure (specially eyes).
I may not live long but somebody would definitely live because i sacrificed every bad thing for good health so whichever body part survives, has a right to live.

If India starts following Belgium model then you will see road side vendor's selling your loved ones donated organs on road side... It will become a business with little or no sensitivity

We donate for free and hospital sell it in very high price, do you think poor people can afford it only rich person can buy it. Do poor people don't have right to live and treat equally

It’s called as default “Opt-in” and “Opt-out” model. The issue with default Opt-in is not about psychology rather centred around labour law of a country. Germans are skeptical to any default enrolment in any programs by the govt. pre-dating to their history.

It's good to donate...but this law is not good as it's their body part and they schould have right to decide ...you can not decide for others. Ownership and Authority of person on thier personal things is there right.
Country law will not own body of person now 😂

First law should be made to strictly punish contractors if road gets damaged. This should be done later. So many lives will be saved if roads are safer.
