I use to have high BP and was on meds but I lost 30 lbs by walking a mile a day plus taking a garlic concoction every morning and now I'm off my meds and my BP is Great so thank you 😊 very much!!

I'm 72 and have been doing these tapping exercises (there are many) which stimulate various acupressure channels - They are excellent and worth learning and doing daily. I have a whole routine built around a dozen of these tapping routines.
How do they help exactly? Do they magically cure disease? Well, not exactly - they can provide acute relief in some cases. Think long-term here.. They need to be part of a healthy lifestyle of diet, exercise, breathing, hydration, and sleep. The tapping WILL keep the energy flowing in your body. Smooth flow of energy = health. Stuck energy = dis-ease. After weeks of practice you will begin to feel blockages as you tap. The tapping releases the blockages.

I’m going to practice Qigong exercise sins September ‘23 every day two times and I walk barefoot on the nature this helps me to stay healthy without medicines and doctors. Thanks the Good and the teachers in YouTube 🙏🍀 your videos are so good and I love it 👍⭐️🍀

I'll definitely give these a try. I have been doing another Qigong exercise that has remarkably lowered the incidence of chest pain. And I will try anything that might help my occasionally erratic blood pressure.

Could you do an episode on taking your BP? There are so many faults as we know when going to your doctor including white coat syndrome. Taking your Bp with a battery operated BP cuff and how to place it is a BIG issue. I know wrist BP are not accurate but the basic guidelines would be helpful.

This could not have come at a better time for me, as I am suffering from Hypertension and am feeling very unwell with it. My blood pressure medication, no longer seems to be working, since having my Partial Nephrectomy about 10 weeks ago. I will definitely be doing these Qi Gong exercises.
Q:- how many times a day, should I do this? Thank you, ♥️💥🙏
