Definitely always recommend Copenhagen. It’s one of my favorite places that I’ve visited. Very beautiful and chill. If you love seafood and fish, definitely top tier. Issa vibe and my favorite time to visit is in the Fall.

Great that you made it to Wonderful Copenhagen. It's been my back-and-forth city, almost annually and solo since a teen in the the early/mid 1970s. I was last there in summer 2019. 
As for the weather, it can be really challenging to say the least, even in the summer when I used to spend whole summers there over a two-decade period. I've also been there both in the winter and in the spring, but only once and that was enough. Too cold and also dark in the winter.
The Pandora jewelry looks great. When you did your video in a Pandora store here in L.A., I ended up with three Pandora bracelets and different categories of charms on each one. You created a monster. LOL! I never bought Pandora jewelry while in Copenhagen although it's a Danish company. But, when in Copenhagen, my focus is on buying other items to bring home.
As for fashion in Scandinavia in general, one needs to dress according to the weather and also for being able to bike and walk long distances comfortably. I used to be on my bike in pouring rain and strong winds, biking 30-60 minutes straight to get somewhere. I needed to be in clothing that would withstand the weather, even if I was hopping on and off of public transportation. Plus, when it's pouring rain there, which is a lot, it rains on a diagonal, not straight up and down like here. So, it's easy to get soaked and fast.
If I wanted to look cute, then I'd hop either a plane or train and head to usually France or Italy and knock myself out with dressing up daily and looking really fashionable. And after a week or so in the south of Europe, I'd head back up to Copenhagen and get back into sensible clothes for what I needed to do there.
