As a plus size woman myself I absolutely hate that this was cancelled. This show has always been the most positive, empowering and beautiful experience to watch. I can never watch a single show without smiling ear to ear and cheering for all the angels.
I have never even for a second felt excluded an unrepresented, as it was never about looks, but about *celebrating women* as a whole.
Please bring back the show!!!

I miss these shows. I remember sitting and waiting to see my favourite angel walking in the show. I also remember wondering which singers and which themes they would do each year. Never mind the beautiful costumes and shoes. It was like living in a fantasy for a few short minutes. You can look at these women and feel insecure (because it is you who has chosen to compare yourself), or you can look at the show for what it is - a show. It must be so scary to walk that runway wearing almost nothing but also so powerful because you bear yourself and you just have to accept it whether people like it or not...that must be so liberating...

God I miss this! In our family this was when the holidays really started. We all gathered around the screen with snacks and waited to be blown away, and we always were. I'd record it, and after Christmas when everyone went to bed or back to their own house, and all the dishes were washed and all the bits of of wrapping paper picked up, I'd sneak some time to myself, get some hot chocolate, and watch it all over again. Magical. Just mind blowingly magical. We all need more magic in our lives.
