Join the replay of this live presentation and conversation around how to begin the conversations around bad behaviors in the workplace.
I share some real-life situations where bad behaviors impact the collaboration and safety of patients in healthcare and how a single conversation can have the power to change the direction and relationships.
The stats show that most "bullies" are actually not bullies and are simply unaware of the impact of their words and actions. A conversation is the one thing that has stopped bad behaviors in most cases.
Starting with the lowest level, conversations focus on identifying the behavior and giving others the opportunity to explore potential solutions. It is okay if you don't get it right the first time because you can always reflect and revisit a conversation. If needed, then you would take the conversation to the next level (supervisor) but it is ideal to share this information with the other party so they are not blindsided.
