In my experience:

Steel guitars: Are loud, have an amazing sound, hurts a bit to play, fun as hell to play + Headstock shape is awesome

Nylon: Are quiet, sound is simple and doesn't fills the space, have a meh sound, doesn't hurts to play with it, becomes boring to play with it + Headstocks shape is weird

I like some Arabic songs and some popular songs and specially romantic, sad things like things that have emotions.... maybe steel strings acoustic guitar and change the strings into nylon!!

I personally prefer nylon strings but people should know bending strings is difficult on nylon strings if they aim to do full tone bends. Nylon strings sound softer for the most part but how soft depands on the picking technique. One can fool the listener about the nature of the strings either by technique or EQ.
