The case should be thrown out due to stupid people not doing any research. Boils down to people not being accountable and wanting to pass the blaim, which is why our society is on a downward spiral.

To give some perspective from the other side of the globe: Vancouver, BC has three public hydrogen stations. California has 47, last I checked. Oregon and Washington have none. If I wanted to see my cousins in San Francisco, I couldn’t just go for a drive. Hell, I’ll barely make it to my cousins in Seattle.

In a touch of fairness, Aging Wheels has a lovely vid on this car, and iirc the few refueling stations that are available are extremely often out of service.

Well that is a typical marketing error of a company that does not think in systems. Hydrogen is a nice experiment but only in a few spots logistically justified and practical. E.g. energy storage for your PV in your house with the PICEA from German company HPS AG, Berlin. For cars and even trucks consider that as rolling laboratory as Hyundai Group - the only serial producer actually - as Toyota stopped production because of present numbers. Big oil even stopped their filling stations due to technical problems or better much too costly infrastructure and H2-production waisting even green energy as all is electrolysis! So better invest in more storage for electricity, batteries and like BP in chargers with Tesla infrastructure that works! I am sorry for the buyers but I have absolutely no understanding for making Toyota responsible to have bought a near idiots product that was known ‚experimental‘ so that no person of intelligence without ‚scientific‘ interests should have been buying.😵‍💫🤪🤡
