Bad Smell coming from a drain. Drains have a ptrap and of there is no water in the Ptrap, sewer gases will pass through.

The fix: pour water down the drain. 5 to 10 gallons works fantastic but I like over kill. Turn your exhaust fans on and/or open windows and get some ventilation and the smell will go away.

But we have to break walls and floors apart from that what kind of solution do you have?? please suggest!
