Your meals aren’t keeping you full – If your plate is mostly carbs with little protein, fiber, or healthy fats, your body won’t feel satisfied for long. Then comes the snack attack.

You mistake thirst for hunger – Sometimes, your body just needs water, but your brain goes “Nah, let’s get cookies.” Try drinking water first before grabbing a snack.
You’re eating to fix emotions, not hunger – If snacking while scrolling Instagram or watching Netflix is part of your routine, your brain starts expecting food every time—even if you’re not hungry. Stress, boredom, can make you think that food is the solution when what you need is a walk, a nap.

Snacking isn’t the enemy once you understand why you do it, you can take control instead of letting food control you.

After doing everything right the weight loss reaches a plateau…..how can we get over this speed breaker……?diet and exercise also can’t be increased as that too has reached its peak according to the age and capacity….
