That was probably one of the worst sports correspondents I have heard for a long time. Ben needs to wake up and smell the coffee. He really got annoyed when Andy mentioned the attendance record.

Infantino makes Blatter look like a saint. FIFA bending the rules to go where the money is.

And what do you know, just like that, Saudi's WC bid has a free run!
So now the real reason to have that Dog's dinner of WC26 in 3 continents, has presented itself.
With those 3 continents banned from hosting the WC30, it was always going to be SA.
Ger ready for another winter WC and a follwoing season of players breaking down injured.

FIFA are again catering to the location, so it will be hosted again mid-season (November). FIFA chases money, and thus are participating in Sportswashing. You definitely need to look into the finances of those within the Australian FA.

Imagine playing for a club who get 300-750 people in attendance while getting paid £250-500k per week.

To paraphrase Tommy Docherty. "There's a FIFA this and a FIFA that when you are dealing with FIFA."

This fridge-freezer speaks like a politician when he said a attendance rise from 300 to 700 is a 50% increase.
How far do you have to go down in the EFL, scratch that, non-league before you hit a game with 700 fans watching?
When Henderson plays for that team on a reportedly 700k pw, so just one player makes 100 quid per every fan present at those games!
That's sustainability right there in a nutshell.

What Saudi have done well with is having a bottomless pit of cash and its a definite win because its about the money.
