Get your dang ferritin checked!!! If you are not optimal at 125+ you will have pms or pmdd. I had pmdd for 25 years until I got my ferritin up....which I had NEVER heard of. I have been PMDD FREE for 6 months now!!! I couldn't be more shocked or happy. Thank God I figured it out on my
