Just had a road trip myself. Too bad it went so well, would have been fun to have a good story. The scariest thing was a motel we stopped at. It was fine just really low lighting and shining inspired carpet.

I think I know that area in Oregon that ladt one was about. Central part of the state around Bend has some mom and pop restaurants and old timey gas stations. I drove through there a couple of times and its nothing but hills with trees till you drop down into the valley leading to Portland. Im glad I didnt run into a Natural Born Killers situation yet. Worst that happened to me was some teen server saying "gross!" When I ordered a grilled tuna and cheese sandwich. Shed be fired at a chain restaurant.

I've had two but not for any reason like these. I went from Hammond, IN to Sturgis, SD on my motorcycle. About half way there we had rain. It was pouring down so hard, how hard was it I heard no one ask, we couldn't see beyond 5 feet ahead. While stopped for fuel we heard there was tornado warnings ahead of us. So we stopped as a rest stop and slept. Couldn't find a hotel. The other was from Hammond to Milwaukee, WI. Up there was fine, on the way back it rained and on the highway in the far left lane. Here comes a wall of water that I rode through. I thought I was going to crash. I guessed a car went through a large puddle on the other side.

I saw a video a few yrs ago about a road trip glitch where two brothers on a road trip showed up to a diner where everyone seemed to know them. Called them by name and asked about school. When they questioned the waitress she got kerfuffled and walked away. When they looked up where it was later it wasn't there. I've been trying to find it ever since.

As The Raven Dreams, I like your channel. You do a great narration job! With good stories by the writers as well. I liked all these stories. I especially liked story #3. Story #3 had some VERY creepy "Deliverance" movie kind of vibes with the creepy and scary Gas Station man and some other townspeople. That story really creeped me out! 😨
