when you show the message that window is enable to complete the format

After the format fail error my usb gets disconnected from the PC and saying that USB device not recognised. What should i do? Anybody help.!

It works but when unplug and plug it again. It reverts the changes...

It worked for me also don’t use the run menu instead right click the start button and find command prompt and open as admin and after that follow his steps but skip the chkdsk command instead go to disk management in the right click start menu and where it say unllocated right click and press new simple volume and press next then press next again if your usb was working and had a letter press next but if not assign it one and press next then format to whatever you want press next and press finish now ur usb should be formatted and working

Guuys this is case isnt working for me came to the final stage and this ones suddenly came that one drive to complete action part in my one i came to the last part and i followed his steps bt it didnt worked at all .

I have try lots of way to format my SD card but it's can't work. In my SD card there is important documents so I want recovery it's but I use all kind of software and my SD israw system so command also didn't support pleas help me to solve the problem pleas if anybody have idea to recover sd card
