Easy Egg Bites Recipe Below 🤩 I love to make these at the beginning lf the week for meal prep. You can freeze or I would consume within 2 days.

Instructions

1) Make Egg Base
Blend 10 eggs with 3/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Add salt and pepper. This will be the base for all of your egg bites.

2) Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites
• Bacon
• Gruyere cheese
• Colby Jack

3) Veggie Ham Egg Bites
• Spinach
• Green & Red Pepper
• Red onion
• Diced Ham
• Colby Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese

Bake the egg bites in the air fryer for at least 15-16 min at 290 degrees. Times may vary based on the brand of your air fryer. Check the sides of the egg bites by separating the egg from the mold to see if there’s any remaining liquid, before removing from the mold. If there’s still some raw egg, put it back in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until they are puffy at the top. You can add all sorts of stuff to your egg bites. 💕
