ECG basics: Methods of heart rate calculation

Several methods of heart rate calculation are described in this video.

I’m doing this for almost 20 years. To me the easiest way to calculate in regular rhythm is counting the boxes between QRSs in 6 seconds strip then divided by 300. The irregular rhythms easy just count the QRSs in 6 seconds strip and multiply by 10. Good luck 👍
