38 years ago, involved in a drug deal I thought would lead to 20 years in prison I said a prayer, I knew I was lying, even had my fingers crossed I said God if you get me out of this I will live for you, I knew I was lying, if you had seen me praying with my fingers crossed you would have known I was lying, God believed me, I got out of trouble still had the drugs, but I was under such conviction that I couldn't use the drugs I made it 3 days at the end of 3 days I turned to God and before I could say a word I was forgiven. Today I'm a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I know he's real I've met him
