Do I Still Need To File My Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR)?

Показать описание
I recommend it. While there is a temporary injunction due to a Texas court ruling, other federal courts have ruled it constitutional. Filing is the safest way to ensure you will not incur $500 a day penalties if the Texas injunction is overturned.

There's a new law that requires all LLCs to file a new report.
It's called the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR), and it's part of the new Corporate Transparency Act, passed by the US Treasury to stop financial crimes.
There's a $500/day fine, up to $10,000 and up to 2 years in jail if you don't file it.
But here's the good news: it's super fast, easy, and free.
However, there are scams out there--asking for money, scaring you, and potentially stealing your identity.
So I made you a free, shareable mini-course walking you through how to file your BOI Report.
I don't want anyone to pay money or fall for scams - so please share with anyone you know who has an LLC.
