I truly appreciate you having the courage to mention "valid qualitative judgements" isn't referenced making this question much harder. Most online tutors just look at answers and try to talk like following their tricks will easily get answer. I came to your video because I was frustrated with such a response when trying to understand what I got wrong. This question probably would be omited. I guessed A on 34 because I felt it was only one weighing both aspects by word "sometimes" and I think that is solid reasoning.

That may be a mistake, there’s really not any reference to qualitative judgement regarding groups
