Hi, for Question 12, why is it 4 root 9, and then the 3 is on the outside of the parentheses, and not on the inside of the root 9. Because I thought if a number is raised to a fraction, the numerator should be in the inside and the denominator should be on the outside of the root. Just kind of confused
