for number 15 its easier to do it this way: 4m/25 - 5 (Because the guy wants to decrease his spending by 5) then simply move the 5 to the other side so 4/25 multiply m = 5.
This specific question is really hard. So decreasing the options to 2 only is the best thing one can do imo.

In number 15 I didn't get why b is wrong . how the reciprocal change the way of the answer.

On question #11 are we supposed to make the h/2 a negative?

I think number 4 was wrong, if a quadratic function doesn't touch the x-axis, then it has no real roots, if it had all real roots then it would touch the x-axis.

Although you got the right answer for number 9 you did it wrong. It asked for the value of xy, when you just solved for x. If you plugged in 1 for x and found y it was also one, thus 1 times 1 equals 1.

In number 3 I make the problem and everything and I always thought in factoring wasn't important the order only if the result gives an negative and I chose C. Is it also correct? or I'm out of my mind?
