Very informative. I started becoming very dizzy, lightheaded, and chest pains. Here in the US the doctors neglected to give me a blood test. I figured it was low iron because years ago I was told I had low iron when I had my appendices removed. I finally put 2 and 2 together.

I was severly anaemic 2 years ago, i had cracks and sores on the corners of my mouth, i had no colour in my face, i was pale, my hands and feet were always cold..i felt tired alot..my legs used to get restless..i had weird tingling feeling on my body like i had bugs crawling on me everyday..my tongue burned ..my heart would pound when i walked up hills..i felt like i was going to collapse...i had the dizziness and headaches.. i was put on iron pills and B12 pills by my doctor... i felt great after finishing all the meds, and got my health issue sorted that had caused my anaemia.

I had the experience of dizziness, fainting and insomnia and ended up having a fall on the path while I was out running. I hit the ground face first, ended up getting stitched and my leg had torn ligaments as a result. A harsh lesson in how to look after yourself.

i had anemia several months ago, i was given 28 ferrous sulphate to take, my breathing and fatigue improved but my insomia and forgetfullness did not improve, i literally forget a lot of things if i dont write it straight away! I was not like this before. I am still young and working on the healthcare setting as a frontliner and still studying and i feel frustrated everytime i cant remember things. I had never checked my Hb level since then.

Hey I have a question, My parents claim that there’s nothing wrong with me, and that its just anxiety, but personally I think I am anemic every day I get very dizzy and I have constant heart palpitations, I also struggle doing daily things such as even walking bc of it just feeling like I’m out of breath or I’m going to pass out.... I also have constant ear ringing and headaches and it feels like I can’t do daily things anymore..I constantly feel weak and shaky all day... I don’t know, , if you’ve read this, do you think I could be anemic ? I really want to check and see, but everyone claims it’s just anxiety, , but I’m led to believe different please let me know how you feel, , I’m getting daily issues with this and I’ve had symptoms like these for years, however I feel like it’s even worse now.
