Im a 61 year old woman and never have headaches, but one time, when i was 39 years old, suddenly a headache started and within 10 minutes the pain was excruciating, and since i never use painkillers all i knew it was aspirine, i took excedrin and in around 15 minutes the pain went away but let me so weak. I was 33 when I had my stroke, my early warning signs was pain, 4-6 days continuous pain and eventually not responding to nsaids or pain meds.i woke up with vertigo, ataxia and projectile vomiting.cannot walk or even sit straight.the doctors did nothing and just ordered test after test and let me pay hundred of thousands of bills.i finally went DAMA or discharge against medical advice, went for severe dietary change, rehabilitation exercise and severe self reflection boosting my mental health all the way.i had my mom and no money but was able to pull through.changed to herbal by the way, still does till now I'm 42 already.just every 3 months bloodworks, keeping active, praying and my herbal meds.

1.One side of your face is drooped, you can't move one of your arm or leg.
That means you're already into stroke but early signs are little different
Since the stroke is caused by blood clots in the brain arteries, you're going to get a lot of pressure build up in the brain and that's going to give a severe headache.
2. If you get an obstruction to the certain part of the brain that affects the brain stem, you can actually feel very nauseous and may vomit.
3. If you've persistent hiccups with chest pain, that could be the early sign.
It's critical to go to the emergency room within an hour, they can give you certain medications that dissolve the clots.
To prevent the stroke you need to consume enough vitamin E as Tocotrienol. Take magnesium on a regular basis as well going on an low carb diet.

Problem is they make you wait for hours in the ER. I had a severe headache, but waited for 8 long uncomfortable hours before going back home and never saw the doctor.

I had that all! But i recovered (very fortunately). Have to be extra cautious from now on. Although dizziness still persist! No chest pains and headache. Will dose off to rest immediately. No more heavy-duty works and retired! Very lucky me!

Mine was waking up with a headache and neck pain for 1 year 8 months 17 days before my massive cerebellar stroke on 7/18/2023 at age 40! I threw up profusely and felt dizzy. I was even temporarily paralyzed. My mother then the neighbor called for an ambulance. I was not able to move or talk. Months in the hospital and lots of rehab. Million dollar plus. I got robbed of my mother. She died this March. 💔

My mother was feeling dizzy a few hours before she ended up with the thunderclap headache....had a subarachnoid brain hemmorhage. She called me because i had been feeling dizzy due to an ear infection so she just assumed she was having something similar so she decided to lay down. I wish i wouldve told her to get to the hospital but i didnt know. She is still alive and is able to walk and take care of herself pretty well but now has vascular dementia.
