Yeahaaaw! I’m from Montreal. My advice is to ride the metro. You can buy a day pass for 12$ a day to ride the metro around the city. If you’re touring the area there are some excellent restaurants around Montreal, make reservations! The old port is fun and can be walked easily. There are many public spaces that have free wifi if you’re looking to connect for free. Restaurants too, you might need to ask for the code. Walk St Catherine street, There’s a ton of shops along the way. Botanical Gardens is fantastic, if you have time. It is also accessible by metro. Most people speak French first but can also speak English. If the weather works out you HAVE to have lunch on any terrase, it is a way of life in Montreal. The St Joseph’s Oratory is an iconic building in Montreal to visit but I prefer the Notre Dame Basillica at the old port which is a replica of the one in Paris. Enjoy your 2 day#, there is a lot to see and experience.

I went to Montreal 9 years ago or so and I just loved the Montreal Biodome. It’s this big climate controlled museum with replica ecosystems of various areas around the world. Since I went there they did some big renovations and I’d love to go back. I also enjoyed the botanical garden and insectarium while I was there
