My bill for October was $235 when its originally $110 a month. This is an obvious scam on Cox's part. Supposedly they send a message when you cap and then when they charge you $10 for 50gb they said they also send a notice. I got two such notices when i went over by 100gb after that i received no more notices until I got my bill. If there is a class action lawsuit coming please keep us informed and provide the relevant information. Thank you.

When I first started w Coc it was 29.95 plus taxes and I had unlimited texting and if I wanted to send or receive a picture no problem. Well I have always had my own router and modem of the highest ratings and speed so no charge for those things. Well my bill went up to 120 and when I got that I asked the why and they said you are using the TV part which I emphatically denied because I use the FREE TV ways with my TV and not their cable. they sent a guy and sure enough I was confirmed a none TV cable user. I wonder what COX would do if all the subscribes canceled their subscription and went else where. I wonder how long they would stay around or drop their rate dramatically to a more reasonable fee?

Data limits are a thing of the past and are just a greed capture attempt. Most customer supporting ISP suppliers do not have data caps. I exceed Cox fiber limits every month so I will never use COX until it drops data caps.

Change nothing 90$ to 160$ next month up to 220$ on the Bill, data overage! 2 people. ( no uploads and downloads) just streaming. CRAZY!!! 136$ a month is what they say they will offer us now, no data cap. Crazy! 136$ a month is Stupid!!! national avg of high speed internet is 50-70 a month.

The objective is simple. they did this because people found a cheaper way to view shows, plus nobody is really buying their expensive cable tv package. They want to keep their bottom line, so they literally made having internet the new cable tv.
