HEEEEEEYYYYYY!!!!!
It's CINCO DE MAYO in 2 days...and this Avocado Salsa is MUST on ANY and Everything you decide to make. This bad boy is a show stopper at any party or get together or On a Taco Tuesday to show out for your family. IT'S AMAZING!!! Especially if you're an avocado lover. I hope you all love it as much as we do in our home.

INGREDIENTS-

-3 MED Avocados
-3 Serrano Peppers
-1/4 white onion
-handful of Cilantro
-1/4 tsp of Salt
-1/4 tsp of pepper
-1 Tablespoon of Chicken Bouillon
-1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
-1/2- 1 juice of a lime
-1/2 cp of milk
-1/2 cp of water
-SAVE 2 avocado seeds to add to final salsa(keeps it fresh longer)

Careful with how much milk as can dilute the flavor. I have tried sour cream which is also good and adds creaminess.

I love this! My grandma uses milk in hers too and she says its to keep the sauce creamy and helps give it that light creamy color. Super delicious!!

Hello from Texas! Thank you for sharing this recipe that I made yesterday (yes, I used milk) and it was a huge hit with my family and co-workers. I work at a hospital and our food options are very limited so we do a lot of potlucks. I am looking forward to learning more recipes and sharing them.

I wouldnt freak out with the milk. When i make chili, i add sour cream to the mix and its bomb!!

Thank you used part of your recipe, I leave the cilantro for the end because I like the specks, I deseed the peppers and replace one serrano peppers with 2 jalapeno, for the water I add 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup sour cream no milk.. I broil three tomatillos and half medium onion and one are two garlic clove the peppers until they start to char. Don't be afraid to experiment like adding a couple tomatillo's Good luck are cut back on some of the liquid, to taste.

Tried this today.. it was delicious.. 😋😋 I was a bit doubtful too about adding milk.. but I give it a try adding milk and replaced cilantro with corriander and peppers with green chillies as these were the ingredients I had available.. thanks for the wonderful recipe 👏
