The stone on the ring looks like Amethyst, and the wiggly lure is a jig, from what you said about jiggling it and the fish approached means it works for fishing!

the bullet looks like a .22 caliber rimfire bullet (.22LR) 22's come in long and short this one looks like a long (dispose of it properly don't want anyone getting hurt)

The stone looks like pink sapphire. They are very expensive - from $600 for 1.35 carat to about $7000 for 3+ carat... depending on the 4 c's: clarity, cut, carat, and colour... just like diamonds.
