Beach Metal Detecting Tips? Try Masters Class! W/ Terry Shannon

I got a chance to meet one of my metal detecting idols when I met Terry Shannon at the Sunshine Silver & Relic Hunt in DeBary, Florida. What you are about to see is a masters class in beach metal detecting. Terry is an author of books on metal detecting and they have helped me learn a lot since reading them. I got a chance to interview him and the beach metal detecting tips that you learn in this video will benefit your practice.

Look for old jetty posts bits of large wood stick out of the sand mud all the time I have dug as deep as possible and always find coins mental they act like rifles on the beach and if there in a low spot it’s Jackpot 🎉🎉🎉

I've met Terry a few times out detecting and at lectures... He's a real prince of a man and will always take a few minutes to stop and talk with you...On one occasion back in March/ April of 2022, I remember him checking out my brand new Deus 2 and he was remaking about it's weight, or lack there of....Happy hunting!
