My favorite is actually Soul Lao in Saint Paul. Before the pandemic, they had an absolutely amazing food truck, and now they're getting ready to open a storefront. Unfortunately, I don't think they're fully open yet! Maybe the next time you're in the area. :)

So beautifully presented and delicious!! What a beautiful restaurant! I love that roasted tomato jeow! I miss Laos, I’ve been there only once and the sights the mountains the Mekong made my heart soar. Also the food at the outdoor markets we went to was always so bomb, beautifully presented, very organized.
