I'd be pissed too if I was trying to smoke crack and some bulldozer jammed me up.

Let’s be real. If they actually wanted to end homelessness, they could.

If the people In charge of homelessness issues actually did anything about it they wouldn't have this problem. The director doesn't need to make 450k a year

In the USA, individuals living in cars due to partial homelessness result from a complex interplay of factors. High housing costs relative to income, stagnant wages, and income inequality drive this issue. Job loss, weak social support, medical expenses, evictions, and lack of affordable housing also contribute, while systemic problems and inadequate policies further perpetuate the phenomenon.

Maybe California should stop paying them to be homeless….

They broke the only real rule: you dont build affordable housing in LA.

We need to end skid row as we know it…

So let’s just rip apart their homes and yell “go on get” instead of figuring out why there’s a rampant, drug, homelessness, and unemployment problem

“The homeless people need tiny houses on the public sidewalk” is one of the wildest things I’ve ever heard

They need to clean our government out the same way

Public sidewalks aren't residences. The government created this problem through irresponsible, short-sighted, and naïve policies. Time to be responsible, and start committing to efficient policies that seek to assure the safety of ALL residents.

When he said we need more side walk houses. No, bro, we need services to get yall back on track and off the sidewalk entirely.

" not allow people to suffer and die on the streets" has a horrific double meaning...

Lmao "we need homes on the sidewalk" you don't.

"We can't allow people to suffer and die on the streets... So we kick them outside the city to die."

Nobody "needs" to live on public sidewalks. This needed to be addressed 10 plus years ago. Back when it started.

As a native Californian and Los Angeles County resident I propose we force the politicians and rich people out of their homes and onto Skid Row for a whole week and see how fast they want to create solutions to end homelessness

All the activists need to open their homes up to them then.

“They don’t want tiny houses here.” Of course they don’t.

the homeless don’t need tiny houses on the sidewalk, they need real houses and systems to help them
