👏🏻 Keep doing this around the city. We need our spaces back.

It’s been absolutely way too long, it should’ve never been allowed to begin with. Such a failure in politicians and police departments.

LA and SF need to clean up and clear out their Mayor's and city councils’s office while they're at it.

Venice beach has always had homeless. But to have a tent city on the boardwalk where folks have businesses and pay taxes and permits is just plain wrong. The city of Los Angeles has the money to help folks out but also help it's business folks by using the laws in place . Sorry you just can't pitch a tent anywhere you like .

Figure out which homeless are Californians and which ones are drifters from out of state. Send those ones back to their home states and concentrate on the California homeless.

Absolutely this is LONG overdue. This tail never should have been allowed to wag the dog to begin with.

This started in the early 70s when the politicians decided to do away rent control and raise cost of living for the next 50yrs!

"The Unhoused". "Experiencing Homelessness". America has become Orwellian

Don't call it a homeless crisis, it's a drug addiction crisis.

Homeless for TWELVE YEARS?! That's not an acute crisis of being homeless. That's a LIFESTYLE.
Yeah, I said it.
C'mon people. If anyone here were to be morally, and intellectually honest about this Hydra of a problem, neither the homeless OR the local and state gov't comes out the good guys.

0:43 “and it’s the beach, this is not...”
he was going to say this is not East LA or south central, this is his neighborhood

If it's a tourist destination why did they let big tech, big developers and air BnB gentrify a tourist area and destroy the area over the last 10 years.

Personal items shut up they shouldn’t have any right throw all their trash away. I work in ER AND WE OFFER HOMELESS HOUSING AND FOOD EVERYDAY THEY DONT WANT IT. They straight out will tell you when cameras are off that they prefer being on the street with no rules and unlimited drugs. These people need to be put in a mental facility.
