EIN numbers, social security numbers, filings with the secretary of states, tax records, the government has all of this information already. This is just another thumb on the neck of small business owners. Why do we get all of the headaches.

Notice that Yellen says nothing about the burden such reporting places on businesses, especially small businesses. And I fear this is just a starting point for an eventual mandatory fee-based revenue source for the US Government. Most cities require businesses to apply for a license and/or registration already to conduct business. Why don't they just use this information? Mind boggling.

Keep forcing new rules saying transparency but I noticed all types of financial institutions are exempt. why is that? Secondly, I guess it’s time to try and pay the government bills from all these free programs to assist people that are not even citizens of United States. Wow, it gets better and better. I am not a criminal, I am pretty sure (sarcasm) that the Constitution says you have to prove I am before I am forced to comply. I don't feel I need to register with you to prove that I am not a criminal. I hope someone bigger than me has the financial resources to fight this.
