Real foot doctor shows to make your own arch supports during a tennis match changeover (90 second) using only one item. This is a simple way to remedy tired arches during a tennis match or any other athletic situation you may find yourself in. This works if you do or do not already have orthotics in your tennis shoes. Keeping your feet feeling solid is a key part of tennis fitness and proper tennis match prep.

Thank you Dr. Zach. This helped my daughter before a sprint in track.

Great content. Can you do a video on wrapping the ankle area? I’d like to feel a little more support for the Achilles and peroneal tendons.

Great tip! Thanks for share it! I'm using my new custom orthotics insoles as you recommended for my plantar fasciitis and they works great in the Asics ff Novak. The pain is almost off in one single day of use. Thanks for your advice! You are the man!

Thanks for the great tip!! I've never used athletic tape but kinesiology tape for my impinged ankle, and sometimes also my impinged shoulder, before playing tennis last summer. I heard (not sure whether it is correct) that athletic tape provided better support than kinesio tape but is more restrictive to movement. For arch is definitely a good idea but what about other joints? How to decide between athletic or kinesiology tape? Looking forward to your taping series:)! Thank you so much!

Hi Doc, I'm gonna try this. Last weekend I was with friends on a snowboots trip, walked 16 km in the wild, deep snow and my arch collapsed few times. I still have issues with it after 5 days. This may help me out, thanks.

One problem...

You probably need to do it on both feet so it will take 2 mins
