Our local Cracker Barrel has so went downhill. Last time my daughter and I ate there, the food I was brought looked and tasted like it had been sitting out overnight. Gross!!! They lost us as customers that’s for sure

I didn't know Red Lobster was started in 68.🤔
Poor Steak&Shake. Couldn't figure out that breakfast is to be served from Midnight to Noon. That's as dumb as a donut shop that doesn't open till 9am.
Franchises are usually to blame for mismanagement and not wanting to cough up what they owe.
We have a Sonic that closed because the family wanted to retire.
It was stripped of all branding and several folks tried to make a go of it at that location.
All failed miserably.
The demand to have a Sonic was so great that the family restored the location.

With the exception of Hardee's cuz it's on the opposite side of the country that I'm at, it sucks that all of these restaurants that are somewhat close near me are closing well I hope the ones that are close to me aren't closing just the ones at the locations that you mentioned in here, you get the point😅

As far as I'm concerned with Applebee's here in mason city IA shut it down, there once was a time they was a family restaurant with a bar, with the new menu they came out with 5 or so years ago they've made it clear they don't want families there anymore, it's all geared around young students who primarily want bar snacks and to get drunk, by doing this to families who are the people with the most money they've shot themselves and not nessacerily in the foot, if they don't want family business all I can say is see ya Applebee I wouldn't want to bee ya, oh and don't let the door knob hit you in the ass on your way out

11:21 was my childhood spot to get treats and meals. 😢😢 at least other locations within distance are available.

Not surprised Hardee's and Burger King are struggling [got cold food at my local Hardee's and one of my local Burger Kings was filthy], and I'm ESPECIALLY not surprised with Pizza Hut's struggles. Last time we picked pizza up from them, they FORGOT THE CHEESE on the pizza. Leaving a mostly tomato-y gross mess, and this comes from someone who likes tomato anything! I'm surprised about Dairy Queen, their soft serve, especially their Blizzards, are delicious and sell amazing, so why are they having issues?

I live in Wisconsin and Applebee's went to crap when they started to primarily serve worthless cops. And Hardee's just got nasty, sloppy made food. Just disgusting when you unwrapped a sandwich.

You could add a couple more restaurants on the list. I know that Long John Silvers are closing their doors too. There are 2 around my area and I know there are more then that. The other one is IHOP. They close a few of them too.

Cracker Barrel's quality began to slide when founder Dan Evins exited the company. In my opinion, they never bounced back. ⬅

IF my DQ or 🍕 Hut closes I'm going to be so mad🍦
Krispy Kreme has the BEST 🍩IMHO so I'd hate for
them to close! Although I'm not able to go there too
often! My 🍔👑 is trash but they have been closing
down locations for years! The Outback is really good
but it's too expensive except on special occasions🌰
