Dairy Queen = $4.69 for an ice cream cone...no thanks. As for burger chains, many people can't afford it anymore with the decline in standard of living from inflation. You will eat bugs and be happy. NO BEEF FOR YOU!

All fast food employees in CA must be paid at least $20/hr beginning April 1. Get ready for closures and staff cuts.

Good riddance to restaurants that serve toxic ingredients in their foods. AKA Human Meat

Food inflation, minimum wage increases, lease increases and insurance has made it impossible for restaurants and bars to break even. These are the primary areas where young people start their entrance into the job market.

I no longer go to restaurants. The unspoken obligation to tip dissuades me.

I am old enough to remember when dining outside the home was something that was done after church once a week or only on special occasions. Over the last forty five years or so, that all changed, and in a big way. Now the market is over saturated, restaurants one after the other for miles. Now the pendulum is swinging back. $16 for a hamburger, fries and drink isn't the value it once was when it was $6.00 just ten years ago. ALLOT of restaurants are going to be purged in the coming flush out. These mentioned in the video are just the tip of the iceberg.

I don’t eat out much anymore. It’s gotten too expensive.

I don't believe White Castle 🏰 is in trouble. They do not have franchised locations. Everything is family owned and all restaurants are owned by the company. Their food 🍔🍟 is actually quite delicious (sliders --- beef 🥩, chicken 🐔, and fish 🐟 and cheaper and it is one of the best companies to work for. They have been in business since 1921. 👌

People cannot afford to eat out anymore. Wages are too low and prices are too high. People are paying too much for homes, taxes, insurance and vehicles. That's why fast food chains are failing. That's why. No BS

All the low wage earners here in Florida went and voted themselves a $15 an hour minimum wage. Now they can't afford to eat at the same place where they work because the restaurants had to raise their prices 🤣🤣🤣

The collapse is here: "Blackstone defaulted on the $308 million mortgage on a Manhattan office tower more than a year ago — and the debt is now up for sale at a discount of more than 50%.".

You got it: Blackstone one of richest companies in the world defaulted.

How did Burger King not make this list?

A lot of these restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings served frozen food that is just bad. Poor management, some managers treat their employees with disrespect screaming and yelling.

I'll miss Hardee's, it was a popular fast food joint in the south growing up.

Eat at home, save money, better health, maybe be able to look at yourself in a mirror

Steak n Shake in our area used to be a great place to go. They changed their business model to kiosk ordering and little to no interaction with the waitresses locally. Service went downhill and now we don't go there anymore.

Boston market was one of the good restaurant they should have had home made deserts and diversified the food. Good chicken but the rest is frozen food. Make homemade corn bread, breads and so on they would be around a lot longer. Some things you can make that is simple and be cost effective. The quality of food went down hill.

Glad you’re back…
Today was at our local grocery store (HEB) when a young man made a Commit concerning restaurant prices soaring.
We shared how we were eating out about 5 times a week and now once every two weeks.
Cooking at home much more economical.
Shared something I want to share with those who like to go out for a steak at times.
Buy your favorite steaks from the market, season them, put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Then in freezer until you’re ready to cook. So much more economical and the taste is perfect.
We put 2 in each freezer bag.
Enjoy the tip!!!

I can't believe people didn't know that "boneless wings" were actually strips of breast.
