my internet is perfectly fine and is running on my mobile and other laptop. On ubuntu, it runs for 5-10 mins and then suddenly a question mark appears on the wifi icon on top right of the screen. Then the internet stops working on my ubuntu laptop. Help me what should i do?

I tried this but it did not resolve the issu, my wifi stayed on for 20 mins then dropped. I uninstalled Ubuntu and installed CentOS 8. Problem solved, rock solid wifi reception. Very disappointed with Ubuntu 20.04.

No soluciono el problema tu explicación pero si vi que los que tienen tarjeta Ralink RT3090 tienen ese problema pero si encontre una solución.
Creo que a esos chipsets no les gusta la gestión de energía wifi habilitada
para eso realize los siguientes comandos para solucionar el problema.
1.- sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/'
2.- sudo service NetworkManager restart
3.- Reinician y listo
Espero sirva de algo porque me mate encontrando la solución.

I'm confused. The product used in the video was ethernet, not wifi driver. Also, you used the product name, but the driver name shows e1000, if I see it correctly in configuration at the bottom. It's kind of blurry.

For MAC users of Broadcom wifi devices, do the following:
sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source
it installs broadcom drivers for
BCM43xx

i have an "all in one" Aspire c24 - 963 with Ubuntu 20.04 . Big problems with wifi system : works for a while, than become very very slow.If i switch off the computer and start again it is ok the wifi for a while, and than the problem start again.I think it is driver problem.There is something to do ?
