The Jan. 6 committee investigating the Capitol insurrection is not the only body battling the Big Lie perpetuated by Donald Trump and his allies. A prominent group of conservatives issued a detailed report on Thursday showing that there is "absolutely no evidence of widespread fraud" in the 2020 election. The question remains: will their conservative peers finally listen? David Hoppe, former chief of staff for Speaker Paul Ryan, and one of the authors of the aforementioned report, and Abdallah Fayyad, opinion writer for The Boston Globe, join Joy Reid to discuss.

While I tried to learn something, this man's behavior did nothing but frustrate me, actually made me outright angry.

Your producers should read these comments. He knowingly continued to talk over you, even as he could see your waving arms, disavowed your other guest his opportunity to have his say, and made thousands of your viewers both uncomfortable and angry.

It was obvious that you did everything you could to shut him up. We also thought he couldn't hear you or see you. How else could his behavior be justified?

You should never have to tolerate such rudeness, ever again, from any guest. Please hear our pleas!

The difference with talking to DEM or a GOP is the GOP goes often into party promo mode and basically doesn’t answer the question.

Given the lack of evidence, it's hard to understand how anyone can fall for the lie. If you're looking for solid evidence, look at the sixty plus lawsuits. The filings and the decisions. Don't take my word for it: look for yourself. But they had so little evidence that they didn't even allege fraud and in some cases the lawyers were reprimanded for bringing a suit so lacking in evidence
