For me, the reason Discord loses so fast is because he's not actually interested in being evil. He's chaotic sure, but depending on who he is with and what era of his life he's in, he just uses the chaos to have fun. His way of fun sometimes is making people's lives miserable but he's not outright killing anybody unlike bill

I personally think that discord might have a chance, mainly because I see discord to be the "goofyer" one, I feel like he would do something to bills eye, whether he penetrates it, or uses a spray, and after he might turn him into, maybe food, or really anything else.
