Bulking tips:-
1) Warmup ( Dinamic stretching)

2) Warmup sets (before doing working set )

3) Fix your rest time & challenge your body ( by increasing weight/increasing reps.)

4) Posing during sets.

5) Stay Hydrated.

6) Stretching after workout.

7) Protein intake after training.
