Charles Duhigg is a Pulitzer-prize winning reporter and the author of Smarter Faster Better, about the science of productivity, and The Power of Habit, about the science of habit formation in our lives, companies, and societies.

I like the emphasis on setting goals with realistic focus- it helps my clients and I get results!

I like the achievable part. Sometimes I create goals that are a bit ambitious to achieve in a day and that can leave me with a sense of incompletion. I’m going to be more diligent about keeping large goals but getting more realistic about what can be done one day at a time

Nice layout :) But why the umbrella for realistic?

I only don't agree with the realistic part, dare to dream, because then you stretch yourself for remarkable results. Dare to dream! 🌍
