Brushless RC Motor Bearing Replacement - Spektrum 3200kv (spmxsm2000 - Armma Granite 3S)

After spending more time than I want to admit, I finally figured out how to remove, correctly size for purchase, and re-install the bearing and parts of a brushless rc motor from my Granite 3S V3. It is a non-sensored, 4-pole, brushless motor from Spektrum labeled as spmxsm2000 and has a can size of 3660. The entire process can be done in as little as 15 minutes, or less, depending on how much difficulty you have removing the worn bearing. It drives me crazy that they don’t give basic information like that, knowing we’re going to need it at some point. How hard is it for company’s to let us know the bearing sizes? I’ve spent hours looking up basic, easy for manufactures to let us know, information. Especially, new people like myself that know how to fix thing, just need a stupid size. Thank you for going through all that to save me and all of us time. Btw I hear lots of bad reviews because of the bearing issue on that motor, that’s why I looked before it happened. Awesome video. My motor seized up. The pulled the rotor out and all the bearings just fell out. Now the hard part is taking out the outer ring of the bearing. Thanks for the video.
